Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced Catering setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring that ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during busy periods.




- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards is beneficial.
