We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our agile dental practice.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values professional growth and development.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the adaptability to embrace our patient care standards. Ideal candidates are also motivated to learn cosmetic cases and surgeries, and are eager to grow under the guidance of Dr. Sobhi
Applicants must be committed to following established protocols to consistently deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
◦ Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays,
and every other Saturdays — ideally these are the preferred days, with some flexibility in the schedule.
◦ Mentorship and Training.
◦ Opportunity to work with experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
◦ Minimum required expectation: quick-paced and good quality basic restorative care.
◦ Any additional procedure, such as oral surgery, root canal, crown and bridges are optional. If required, we can offer mentorship.
PAY: $360,000.00-$480,000.00
START DATE: As soon as possible
Pay: $360,000.00-$480,000.00 per year
