Responsibilities

- Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
- Supervise staff to ensure policies, procedures, and food safety standards are followed.
- Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and POS operations.
- Ensure speed of service, product quality,



and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Assist in scheduling and labor management to meet business needs.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support management in achieving sales, labor, and service targets.

Qualifications

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
