Job Title: Packaging Team Leader (Afternoons)

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Range: $23.07/hour

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday

What is the job?

- Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team to meet goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Promote safety, quality, and process improvements
- Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging
- Manage computerized inventory and order processing (ERP)
- Maintain cleanliness and complete required documentation

What's Needed?

- Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is required
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member
- Able to clear a criminal records check, own transportation
- Understanding of computers, Microsoft Office and Email considered an asset
