We are seeking a Sales Worker to join our team. This role involves helping customers, promoting produce, and meeting revenue targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working with multiple people in a fast-paced environment. This position offers exposure to greenhouse operations, customer account coordination, inventory processes and commercial decision-making within an agricultural business.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to sales inquiries in organized, timely, and professional manner
- Conduct proactive outreach through phone calls, email, networking, and in-person meetings
- Build relationships with wholesale retailers and business owners
- Meet with potential clients to identify immediate and future needs
- Answer questions about products, prices, and availability
- Provide proper quotation to customer and follow up on each quote and order
- Assist with expanding the company to new markets
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes as business grows

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience required
- Strong communication skills,



organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred
- Having with connections with leafy green sellers is advantageous
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving workplace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, team and customer service oriented
- Work capacity according to variable hours
