What You'll Do:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and modifications.
- Preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing machines.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Assisting with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Following health and safety regulations,



including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

What You'll Need:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drink preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
