Mortgage/Real-estate Default Clerk

URBANWISE is a mid-sized consulting firm, located in Ottawa Ontario with a substantial lending and recovery firm. A position are currently available in our busy Mortgage Enforcement Division.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3-5 years experience working in Real-estate office/ brokerage

Preparation of reporting and property values

Prefer experience with MLS/Realm

Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment;

Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative as required;

Anyone with either a Releaste license, Law Clerk , Legal, Real-estate Assistant

Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
