Job Summary

BILALO HAIR ARTISTRY, a high-end hair salon established in 2001, is seeking experienced and professional Commission/Chair Rental Stylists to join our luxurious team. This role offers talented stylists the opportunity to work in an upscale workplace, providing exceptional hair styling services while managing their own client base. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage your own client appointments and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, offering consultations, and ensuring a positive salon experience.
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing client records efficiently.




- Promote the salon’s services and retail offerings through effective communication and personalized recommendations.

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client trust.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.
- Retail sales experience is preferred to support product promotion efforts.
- Front desk skills including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and basic administrative tasks.
