J-CON Civil LTD is a COR-certified civil construction company based in Winnipeg. We are actively seeking construction laborers who are prepared and eager to begin a career with our organization. This is an opportunity to grow in a fulfilling and challenging team environment, working on heavy civil construction projects in Manitoba as part of a crew. Experienced professionals will provide training and support to help develop your skills and ensure safe work practices. All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from project sites in and around Winnipeg.

Hours of work will vary, approximately 50 hours weekly on average, typically Monday-Friday with some weekend work.
