Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketer to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates through

community-based and on-the-ground marketing initiatives.

This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, as regular travel to events, client sites, and community locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute field marketing campaigns promoting staffing and recruitment services

- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, industry expos, and community programs

- Generate leads and increase brand awareness through direct outreach

- Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams on marketing strategies and promotional materials

- Build relationships with clients, candidates, and community partners

- Track campaign performance and report ROI on marketing initiatives

- Support social media and digital campaigns with field insights and localized content

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Minimum 2+ years experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or business development

- Staffing industry experience is an asset

- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (Mandatory)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred

- Willingness to travel locally for events and client meetings
