Job Title: Machine Operator (Vemag / Handtmann / Flow Wrapper)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain high-speed packaging and processing equipment. The ideal candidate has direct experience operating at least one of the following machines: Vemag, Handtmann, or Flow Wrapper systems.

Core ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate Vemag stuffers, Handtmann portioners, or Flow Wrapper packaging systems.

Monitoring: Control machine feeds, speeds, and temperatures to ensure product specifications are met.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products continuously to identify defects and ensure high-quality standards.Changeovers: Perform efficient equipment changeovers between different product runs.Sanitation & Safety: Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery according to safety and food-safety standards (HACCP/SQF).

Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues and perform basic adjustments to minimize downtime.Documentation:



Accurate logging of production counts, waste, and machine maintenance data.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery.

Specific Machinery: Direct experience with Vemag, Handtmann, or horizontal/vertical Flow Wrappers is highly required.

Industry Background: Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.

Skills: Solid mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic math skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs / 23 kg].

Communication: Good English communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
