SUMMARY
The role of the project manager is to successfully carry out small-to medium- scale projects. In this capacity, they evaluate, plan, execute, and manage priorities throughout the entire project lifecycle. They may coordinate a multidisciplinary project team and oversee the technical and contractual management of projects, as well as relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They are accountable for adhering to the project budget and schedule. Depending on the size of the projects, they also contribute to the project's technical development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The project Manager has the following responsibilities projects (90%):
Manage projects in compliance with the processes and methods established by the PMO:
Define requirements in collaboration with the client and PCI technical teams;
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the schedule, budget, and quality standards;
Assemble a team, in collaboration with the heads of discipline;
Set up communication and project tracking tools;
Organize and lead project meetings;
Accountable for client relations on their projects;
Provide after-sales service to the client and identify new project opportunities with them;
Participate in technical execution (programming electrical design, commissioning, etc.) While fulfilling project management obligations;
Approve project timesheets and expense reports on a weekly basis;
Generate and track invoices.
Internal coordination (10%)
Participate in internal meetings within their discipline;
Keep the account manager informed of progress and challenges related to projects and the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires the following qualifications: Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience ;
At least 7 years of experience in the field of industrial automation;
Excellent command of French and English.

The position requires the following qualifications:
Mastery of the methods and standards of one's field of expertise;
Proficiency in the software and technical tools of one's field of expertise
Availability to travel abroad
