- Promote and sell domestic and international airline tickets, hotels, holiday packages, travel insurance, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Generate new business through corporate sales, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare competitive travel quotations, customized itineraries, and package proposals based on customer requirements.
- Handle domestic and international airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide professional travel consultation and accurate guidance on visa requirements, travel documentation, passports, and entry regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, corporate accounts, suppliers, and travel partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm reservations, and provide professional after-sales support.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing,



company websites, and other promotional channels to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and supplier promotions to identify business growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns, booking issues, schedule changes, and service complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate booking records, customer information, sales reports, and travel documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling of travel-related products and services.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, supplier agreements, applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, PIPEDA, CASL, and company policies and procedures.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle is mandatory

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- Travel , Sales and Marketing Agent: 5 years (preferred)
