Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team . This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing setting, utilizing mechanical skills and warehouse experience to support manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of handling various tools and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
Duties
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing floor
- Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment
- Mix raw materials to create batches of paste for use in backing carpet tile
- Attention to detail is required in following precise directions to ensure compound batch meets specifications
- Able to operate under pressure and tight time lines
- Computer knowledge to record production in inventory system
- Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory and preparing materials for production
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

- Hours are Monday - Thursday 2pm-12am. Training hours will be 9am-7pm.
Pay: From $20.10 per hour
