We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our agile team. In this role, you will manage financial records, perform data entry, handle clerical tasks, and support daily office operations. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth administrative workflows and accurate bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software

Perform data entry for invoices, payments, and expense reports with precision

Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of documents

Support sales operations, including making quotes, following up with customers





Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer support

Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating office activities

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution

Experience

Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills in an office environment

Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with data entry, filing, and managing multi-line phone systems is essential

Customer service experience, preferably in internation business for industrial products

Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365/Google Workspace

Excellent typing speed, proofreading abilities, and attention to detail

Prior administrative experience supporting sales is highly desirable
