What You’ll Do:

- This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a high-expectation and are motivated to perform at a consistently high level.
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience
- Follow Management Processes
- Guide customers through test drives and the purchase process
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles and present financing/leasing options
- Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat and referral business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, incentives and industry developments
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions you must be organized
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive,



high-performance environment

What You Bring:

- A valid OMVIC license (required)
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- A proactive, energetic, and goal-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Language skills (preferred not required)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
