THE ROLE

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Millwright to join our team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the maintenance, rebuilding, and installation of machinery and equipment. Compensation & Benefits:

- $43-$45/hr plus $6000 bonus in 1st year:
- $2000 signing bonus at 3 months
- $2000 midway bonus at 6 months

RESPONSIBILTIES

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment (presses, slitters, dies, conveyors, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized, and mechanical production machinery
- Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens & Allen Bradley)
- Inspect equipment performance to identify hazards, adjustments, or replacements
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble defective mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specs
- Use fabrication, machining, and welding skills as needed
- Perform light electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical design work
- Maintain an organized stockroom for mechanical/electrical parts
- Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all policies and procedures

REQUIRMENTS

- Licensed Millwright (433A)
- 12-hour continentals
- 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal processing or high-volume fabrication is ideal)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
