Tanner & Co. Brewing is looking for an enthusiastic, beer-loving individual to join our production team as a Cellar Assistant.

We’re searching for a hardworking and energetic person who takes pride in attention to detail and enjoys working with their hands. If you have a passion for craft beer and an interest in learning how it’s made, this could be a great opportunity to get involved behind the scenes at a working brewery.

No prior brewery experience is required. If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we’re happy to provide the training and help you build your skills in the cellar.

This is currently a full time position, typically working Wednesday - Sunday, assisting with daily brewery operations and production tasks.

Duties Include:

Cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of brewhouse equipment and tanks

Assist with cellar duties, including beer transfer & carbonating

Working the packaging lines (canning)

Assist with daily cleaning of the brewery

Cleaning & Filling kegs

Assist with retail storefront operations at brewery and taproom as needed,



including, filling growlers & taking payments

Monitor and document process logs throughout the brewing and packaging process

Deliveries to taproom location and restaurants when necessary

FIll in working retail at farmers markets when necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be 19 yrs or older

Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work

Focus on safety, quality, and consistency

Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly to innovation and change

Effective communication skills, both written and oral

Able to lift 60 lbs. Move, push and pull a loaded pallet with pallet jacks or hand trucks

Able to work different shift times, from early morning starts to the occasional late evening

Education: High School or equivalent (there will be some math involved)

Salary: commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
