We are looking for a Pizzaiolo/Pizza Cook who takes pride in working with dough, timing, and precision in a high-volume service environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who takes pride in working with dough. This role focuses on consistency, timing, and attention to detail, while working as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Stretching, topping, and cooking pizzas to Sabà standards

Managing oven temperature, bake times, and workflow during service

Preparing and maintaining dough, sauce, and toppings

Maintaining clean, organized mise en place and station setup

Working efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

Upholding food safety and sanitation standards

What you bring

Experience working with pizza or dough

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong sense of timing and attention to detail

Food Safe Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)

Team-oriented mindset
