Job Specifics
Join a national logistics leader acting as the premier "white-label" fleet for Canada’s top retail and healthcare brands. We are currently seeking two dedicated AZ Drivers to join our team.
Shift Details:

- Days: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM starts
- Duration: 10–12 hour shifts; flexibility to support various accounts as needed.
- Various accounts include LCBO,LCBO Convenience, Northstar, Cargill, Cascades, US Accounts
- Handbomb of 35lbs per case, upto 1200 cases per load.
- Tailgate service experience is an asset
- US Experience or wiilingness to do crossborder is an asset

Pay Structure:

- 0-30 miles: $1.47
- 31-80 miles: $1..04
- 81-120 miles: $0.88
- 121-210 miles: $0.63
- 211-300 miles: $0.48
- 301+ miles: $0.40
- Minimum: $30.02
- Stops- Deliveries: $20.66
- Stops-Vendors: $20.66
- Delays-Per Hour: $20.66

What You’ll Do:

- Navigate a mix of city and highway routes, including tight turns and precision docking.
- Manage trip documentation (PODs, summary sheets) with high attention to detail.
- Utilize hand jacks, power tailgates, and load securement (straps/bars) as required.




- Represent our top-tier clients with exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

- Valid AZ License with a clean CVOR, Abstract, and Criminal Record Search.
- Comfortable with minimal lifting (up to 50lbs).
- Full compliance with E-Logs and safety regulations.
- 2 years of experience

Compensation: Earn up to $28/hour (rates vary by account assignment).
