We are a multi award winning coffee roasters and coffee shops based in Qualicum Beach and Parksville. We require an enthusiastic barista to come join our team and grow with the company. We currently have 2 locations; the main cafe is in Qualicum Beach and the Roastery Cafe is in Parksville. Experience working within specialty coffee is a requirement and enthusiasm is a must. The ideal applicant will be customer-focused, detail oriented, willing to work as part of a team, and have a passion for food and coffee as well as a commitment to the long term plans of a vibrant and growing company. Weekend availability is essential. We as a company are working towards extended healthcare for our full-time employees and encourage and financially support all related education and competition based endeavours.

Staff Bonus paid twice yearly.

Consistently high hourly tip rate.
