About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you'll connect with customers, walk them through our products, and play a direct part in driving sales results. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in helping customers find the right fit, and the confidence to present products to a wide range of people.

What You'll Do

- Chat with customers to understand what they're looking for and suggest the best-fitting products or services
- Run hands-on product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits
- Help customers make confident purchasing decisions, including suggesting add-ons and complementary items
- Process sales transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system, including handling cash
- Keep product displays neat, organized, and visually appealing
- Deliver a great customer experience by answering questions and resolving concerns as they come up




- Stay on top of daily priorities and sales targets through solid time management
- Maintain clean records of sales activity, customer interactions, and stock levels

What You Bring

- Strong communication skills in English
- Background in retail, sales, or product demonstration work
- Comfort with merchandising, point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic transaction math
- A natural ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Confidence presenting and explaining products to different audiences
- A proactive mindset when it comes to identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
