The Role

You run the market.

Your job is to take fully prepared projects and turn them into completed roofs - safely, on time, and at a high standard.

You manage crews, scheduling, and field execution. If something goes wrong on site, you own the solution.

What You Will Do

- Manage the local install calendar and crew scheduling
- Dispatch crews daily with clear scope and materials
- Oversee job sites and ensure work is completed to standard
- Verify scope, materials, and execution before and during installs
- Enforce quality control and final job sign-off
- Handle field issues and escalate updates internally
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth operations
- Track crew performance, timecards, and job completion

Requirements

- Experience in roofing, construction, or field operations
- Crew management or site supervision experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple active job sites
- Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field daily

Pay: $56,087.10-$148,949.97 per year
