Applications are now being accepted for a Casual Medical Radiation Technologist to work in our Mammography department. The successful applicant must be able to work days Monday to Friday. Unscheduled part time employees will be removed from the seniority list if they have not worked in the previous three (3) months.
Education
- Must be registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario
- Contrast Injection course required
- Continued mammography education as per CAR accreditation program requirements
Skills/Experience
- Mammography experience required
- Certification in Breast imaging required
- CT experience preferred
- X-Ray experience preferred
Ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively as a team member
- Physically capable of heavy lifting, pushing, pulling
- Well organized
- Able to work independently
- Customer focused
- Computer skills
