Responsibilities
- Perform tire rotations, replacements, and repairs with precision and care
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential repair needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance
- Promote additional services such as sales of tires, fluids, or maintenance packages to customers
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is essential
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required for tire handling and vehicle servicing
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
