Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a passion for cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Make Beds
- Clean & sanitize bathrooms
- Remove all garbage
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout the cleaning process.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties.
