What you need to be a successful Manager in Training with Bluenotes.

· 1+ years' experience in a customer service and/ or retail environment with minimum 6 months in a leadership role.

· Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.

· Goal orientated – understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.

· Support the Management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.

· Play a key role in building a team of fashion obsessed brand ambassadors,



reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.

· Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and ready to grow into an influential leader.
