Join our team of Remote Phone Fundraisers, speaking with supporters who are primarily French-speaking while working in a primarily English environment. Every conversation is meaningful – no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with supporters passionate about social causes in both French and English

- Inspire people to become long-term donors

- Use empathy, storytelling, and persuasion to support vital charity work

- Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development

- Collaborate with a high-performance, supportive team

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $19–$24 per hour

All Phone Fundraisers start at $19/hour during training and evaluation. From there, pay increases within the $19–$24/hr pay band based on fundraising hours completed, performance, and consistency.

Tech Requirements

- Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or newer





- Stable internet capable of supporting real-time voice communication (wired Ethernet preferred)

- Headset with microphone for clear calls

- Quiet, dedicated workspace for scheduled shifts
