The successful candidate will work NIGHT SHIFT and be responsible for ensuring compliance within the Company's Quality Assurance program for the continuous production of products consistent with established quality standards in fulfilment of Company, Customer, and Regulatory requirements .

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments in completion of work tasks.
- Completes mechanical inspections utilizing a variety of measuring equipment.
- Proficiently processes CMM programming and operation with MCOSMOS.
- Provides accurate calibration of equipment including with the use of calibration software (Gagetrak).
- Prepares inspection reports and issues final release of documents and parts.
- Utilizes Lean Principles with a Continuous Improvement mindset in daily duties.
- Presents a well-organized, systems thinking approach.




- Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
- Follows safe work practices at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience and 5yrs current work history with Quality Management System (ISO, AS9100, N299). Requires proven effectiveness in customer/sub-contractor communications/interactions. Must have means for local travel when/as needed for Customer Audits.

Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).

PROBATIONARY DAY SHIFT (7am) progressing to NIGHT SHIFT (4:15pm) start time.
