We are seeking a compassionate and organized Vet Assistant/Receptionist to join our veterinary team. This dual-role position involves providing exceptional client service a The ideal candidate will have strong animal Experience in any veterinary clinic to support our clinic’s operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a caring environment dedicated to animal health and well-being.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information regularly
- Assist veterinarian for different procedures , should have good skill for restraining of animals.
- Support laboratory work by preparing samples, processing tests, and recording results accurately
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms




- Handle billing, payments, and inventory management for clinic supplies
- Provide compassionate support to clients and their pets throughout their visit

Qualifications

- Prior animal clinic experience is highly desirable to assist veterinarian for diffrent procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in animal care and client services
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

This position is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations while delivering outstanding care and service to our clients and their pets.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
