working hand-in-hand with Phantom Labs leadership and translating research into product decisionsLead the design partner program and executive-level customer engagement with CISOs and security architects via advisory boards and analyst briefingsShape competitive strategy across the identity security and agentic security landscape10+ years in product management, security research, or technical strategy, with significant depth in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud securityDeep business acumen and operator experience. Candidate has run a product line, P&L;, and go-to-market motion5+ years of product leadership, including building and scaling teams;
experience managing other managers preferredExceptional executive presence and communicationYou have shipped AI-native products where AI fundamentally changes the value proposition, not just products that use AI featuresStrong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and the agentic threat surfaceDeep command of identity security: PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle managementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldHands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks and the modern AI security stack (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or similar)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldRecognized external voice - conference keynotes, published research, or established analyst relationshipsFamiliarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or SEC cyber disclosure requirements
