We are seeking passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructors for our new boutique-style Reformer pilates studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
Duties
- Conduct group and individual Reformer Pilates sessions that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals.
- Educate clients on proper form, techniques, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure safety and comfort for all participants.
- Provide excellent customer service by building solid relationships with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients during classes and encouraging them to push their limits.
- Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while accommodating client needs.
Qualifications
- Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction from a recognized program is required.
- Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
- A passion for health, wellness, and fitness with an eagerness to continue learning about new techniques and trends in the industry.
