About POSITION - What I’m Looking For

Responsibilities

Fundamentally, the job is to prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties to the PROCOAT STANDARD.

Some of the things you’ll do are:

- Sand peeling paint
- Fill, Caulk and prime
- Complete minor repairs in trim, fascia or siding
- Work at heights…On scaffolding,



ladders and boom-lifts
- Install safety equipment…fall arrest systems, etc.(training provided)
- Apply paint using airless sprayers, brushes, rollers
- Mask windows, doors and any other items that require protection
- Update production managers of progress

What’s Required - About YOU

- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of painting experience
- Has knowledge of spraying, rolling and cutting
- Has completed several interior and exterior painting projects
- Is a team player, diplomatic and interactions with clients leave them feeling happier than ever
- High level of communication. Communicating with your production manager each day is extremely important

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
