Job purpose

- The Landscape Construction assistant supervisor is responsible for helping to lead a crew to complete landscaping jobs as small are planting and sodding to as large as full back/front yard renovations

Duties and responsibilities

- **Equipment Operation:** Proficient in operating skidsteer and excavator.

- **Grading & Leveling:** Expertise in grading, leveling, and establishing precise grade for interlocking stones, stairs, and retaining walls.

- **Blueprint Interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings to guide project execution efficiently.

- **Tool Proficiency:** Skilled in operating a quick cut concrete saw and other industry-related tools.

- **Project Management:** Assist in planning and coordinating daily tasks with the crew supervisor.





- **Team Leadership:** Support the Supervisor in leading a team of workers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

-**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in landscape construction, preferably in a leadership role.

- **Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

- **Physical Fitness:** Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and withstanding extended outdoor work.

- **Availability:** Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to project needs.

Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience $32–$40/hr
Company Vehicle for outstanding applicants

- First aid (we can get you certified if needed)
