Top Level Construction Inc. has been a leader in the residential construction industry in the Waterloo region since 2013. Due to overwhelming demand and expanding our company, we are seeking an experienced individuals to join our growing team!

Job Description: We are looking for candidates that have experience in the following areas.

- Rough Carpentry: Demo, framing, ect.
- Drywall, Taping, and or painting experience
- Finish Carpentry: Interior trim, cabinet Installation, interior/exterior door installation, ect.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.
- Self motivated with exceptional time management skills.
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Communicate and collaborate with our clients and management team to effectively overcome issues and maintain project timelines.

Additional requirements (perks):

- Own hand tools – Larger/specialty tools supplied by the company

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour (based on skill and ability) For the right Candidate, further pay can be discussed.

Additional pay: Overtime pay
