Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and cooking processes.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while maintaining cost efficiency.




- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.

Experience

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
