Sentes Automotive is looking for a Vehicle Sales Accountant to join our accounting team. We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a cooperative team. While previous dealership accounting experience is essential, we'll provide training and support on our specific processes to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As our Vehicle Sales Accountant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle sales and supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of the dealership. Responsibilities include:

- Processing vehicle sales deals accurately and efficiently
- Posting and reconciling daily cash and bank deposits
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting with payroll administration and month-end processes
- Completing warranty, insurance, and Tire & Rim remittances
- Tracking and reconciling vehicle receivables and inventory
- Working closely with the sales and management teams to ensure vehicle deliveries stay on track
- Assisting with general office and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 1 year of automotive accounting or dealership accounting experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while also taking direction
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Postsecondary education in accounting or business is considered an asset

Position Details

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- In-office position
- Salary: $5,500 to $5,800 per month, based on experience
