We are looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional automotive painting experience and be skilled in preparing, painting, and refinishing vehicles to a high-quality, factory-standard finish. You will be responsible for delivering precise color matching and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop with an exceptional appearance.

Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve an accurate factory finish.
- Apply base coat, explicit coat, and other automotive finishes using spray equipment.
- Operate and maintain the paint booth while following all safety procedures.
- Inspect painted surfaces for color accuracy, texture, gloss, and overall finish quality.
- Perform blending techniques to ensure seamless color transitions between repaired and existing panels.
- Correct minor paint imperfections through polishing, buffing, and finishing as needed.
- Maintain paint equipment, spray guns, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Work closely with the body repair team to ensure vehicles are ready for refinishing and delivered on schedule.




- Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices throughout the refinishing process.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Automotive Painter.
- Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques.
- Experience working in a skilled automotive paint booth.
- Proficient in spray gun operation, paint mixing, blending, and finishing.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing factory-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple jobs efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
