Family Braces is currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team as a Records Technician.

This position is ideal for an RDA who enjoys patient interaction, digital technology, photography, and creating an exceptional patient experience. No orthodontic experience is required. We provide a comprehensive training program and are looking for long-term team members who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Schedule

- Up to 5 days per week
- 8.5-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

- Welcome and prepare patients for records appointments
- Take orthodontic photographs, x-rays, and digital scans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure records are complete and organized for treatment planning
- Assist with sterilization and clinical support as required
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Work closely with orthodontists and other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

- Registered Dental Assistant in good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and digital technology
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Orthodontic experience is an asset but is not required
