MKZ Drywall (a trade name of MK&Z; Interior Systems LTD) is seeking an elite, detail-oriented Subcontractor Taper to join our team for high-quality residential renovation projects.

We don't just "slap mud"—we provide a white-glove service. If you are a master of Level 5 finishes and popcorn removal, and you take immense pride in leaving a job site cleaner than you found it, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

- Full Project Ownership: Manage the scope from prep to final cleanup.
- Elite Prep Work: Meticulously covering walls and floors to protect the homeowner's property.
- Specialized Finishes: Expert popcorn removal and flawless Level 5 ceiling applications.
- Quality Control: Performing your own final sanding, touch-ups, and occasional sealer/primer painting.
- Job Site Cleanliness:



Responsible for the full removal of prep materials and a thorough "construction clean" after every job.
- Client Relations: Providing professional customer service and clear communication with homeowners and MKZ Project Managers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- The "Eye": Exceptional attention to detail; you don't leave until it is perfect.
- Subcontractor Status: Must have your own registered business, valid WCB coverage, and Liability Insurance.
- Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Tools: Must provide your own professional hand and power tools.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience: Proven track record in high-end residential taping and Level 5 finishes.
