Candidate profile (title) What you'll need to have

Candidate profile (text) - Default language - 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or high-volume retail operations.

- Proven leadership experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to achieve operational goals and deliver strong business results.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, including online order picking, order preparation, quality checks, and customer order execution.
- Experience working in KPI and metrics-driven environments, with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Passion for talent development, including training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Customer-focused mindset with solid business acumen and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- A genuine passion for IKEA values, culture, and leadership principles.

Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us

Key responsibilities (text) - Lead, coach, and develop the Fulfillment Operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

- Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing metrics, and implementing actions to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations, ensuring online orders are picked, prepared, and quality-checked in line with service expectations.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through recruitment,



onboarding, training, coaching, and development of co-workers.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team culture by providing regular feedback, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure operational readiness, product availability, and seamless customer fulfillment.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment while supporting IKEA's sustainability and operational goals.
- Act as a role model for IKEA values and leadership, inspiring teams to deliver results while growing people.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 65000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
