Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in retail management. This role involves supervising staff, managing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. The Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing store performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in training & development are highly valued to enhance team communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Manage merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to attract customers and maximize revenue
- Oversee inventory purchasing, stock management, and POS transactions for accuracy and efficiency
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster skilled growth
- Monitor store performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and reporting; adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols
- Coordinate marketing efforts to increase store visibility and customer engagement




- Maintain effective communication with staff and upper management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or sales management roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative functions such as bookkeeping and payroll
- Exceptional communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for broader customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence and phone etiquette
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, sales analysis, and financial reporting
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment confidently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to retail settings; experience with supervising staff in retail sales environments is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
