We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Summer Painters for the upcoming painting season. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a hands-on leadership opportunity, strong earning potential, and valuable business experience.

Top performers will have the opportunity to take on crew leadership responsibilities and performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Interior and exterior residential painting

- Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming

- Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other qualified tools

- Working safely on ladders and around residential job sites

- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

- Communicating with homeowners in a respectful and professional manner

- Leading small crews on job sites (for experienced candidates)

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work full-time during the summer (May–August preferred)





- Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work

- Reliable transportation to job sites

- Ability to work on ladders and at heights

- Leadership mindset and willingness to learn

Compensation:
