Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 310T licensed Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of daycabs/ sleepers / dump trucks , ensuring optimal performance and safety across our operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining complex machinery in a fast-paced setting. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and safety of our fleet and equipment.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues effectively
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to restore equipment functionality
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to disassemble, repair, or assemble machinery components
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs for all performed tasks




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance schedules

Skills

- Proven experience with heavy equipment
- Solid mechanical knowledge across
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and understanding industrial wiring diagrams
- Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and metalworking techniques
- Familiarity with HVAC systems related to industrial machinery is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients when necessary
- Knowledge of automotive repair principles applicable to heavy-duty vehicles
- Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
