Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Designer & Sales Representative with at least 3 years designer and sales experience in the prefabricated kitchen cabinet industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in designing, sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Duties

- Manage the entire design process from initial consultation to project completion.
- Utilize 2020 software for design presentations and client interactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals directly with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen layouts using design software,



ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase materials, finishes, and appliances.

Skills

- Strong designing experience and skills.
- Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer engagement.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- kitchen designer: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
