Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to deliver innovative, data-driven products that align with business goals and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate product vision aligned with company strategy and objectives

- Translate business strategy into product strategy and high-level requirements

- Own and execute the product roadmap

Product Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including requirements, feedback, and issue resolution

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements

- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to improve market share and customer experience.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as the liaison between clients and development teams

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Provide insights, updates, and product collateral to stakeholders

- Create buy-in for product vision across teams.

Delivery & Execution

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

- Participate as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies





- Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact

Product Launch & Growth

- Drive product launches in collaboration with PR, executives, and cross-functional teams

- Develop pricing and positioning strategies

- Evaluate promotional plans for consistency with product strategy

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and adoption

Customer Engagement

- Gain deep understanding of customer needs and experiences

- Visit customers and gather feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Product Management

- Solid experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies

- Proven ability to translate business strategy into product strategy and execution

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Experience working in data-driven environments, preferably within the Data & AI domain

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with large-scale distributed systems

- Exposure to working with multiple stakeholders and enterprise-level clients
