Your Role
Your mission is simple: bring new campaigns to Clipstar.
You’ll build your own outreach systems, find qualified leads, and book onboarding calls with potential clients. You won’t be responsible for closing the deals—we’ll handle that. Your focus is generating opportunities and helping grow the company.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience or interest in outreach, sales, or business development
* Understanding of social media and digital marketing
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Ambitious and eager to grow with a startup
Compensation
100% COMMISSION-BASED — NO BASE SALARY OR RETAINER
Clipstar typically earns a 20% agency fee on every campaign.
You’ll receive 25% of Clipstar’s agency fee for every campaign you bring in.
