Veterinary Receptionist (Full time)

Brookswood Veterinary Hospital is searching for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

- Create a positive, compassionate experience for every client and patient by providing a warm welcome, clear communication, and support throughout their visit from check-in to check-out.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, professional, and enthusiastic communication.
- Build lasting, trusting relationships with clients and their pets
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Process payments and client transactions.
- Prepare prescriptions and clearly explain medication instructions.




- Support the veterinary team with a variety of administrative and reception duties.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic setting.

Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized VOAC/VA program, or
- A minimum of one year of experience working in the veterinary field.

Schedule:
Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Applicants must be available to work these days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75-$21.00 per hour
