We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized individual to serve as our on-site contact for our self-storage facility in Bouctouche. This is an ideal role for someone looking for supplemental part-time work; a retiree, someone with a flexible schedule, or a person already working nearby.
What You'll Do
- Perform facility upkeep and light maintenance (sweeping, checking locks, minor repairs, reporting bigger issues)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer access issues (ex: gate codes not working, lock or unit access problems, entry system malfunctions)
- Lawn care (mowing, trimming) during the summer months
- Snow shoveling and de-icing walkways/entrances during winter months
- Monitor the property for security and cleanliness
- Communicate with the property management team by phone/email on issues
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to the facility
- Basic computer/smartphone skills
- Comfortable with light physical work (lawn care, snow shoveling, general upkeep)
- Own tools/equipment for lawn care and snow removal an asset (or discuss equipment provided)
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, or general maintenance is an asset but not required

- Flexible hours to fit around a call-in schedule or set weekly check-ins
- Some evening/weekend availability may be needed for customer support
- Hours may increase seasonally (ex: more time needed during snow removal season)
- Wage: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
