We're Hiring: Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

WDK is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to build and own our recruiting function as we continue expanding across the GTA and surrounding areas.

We specialize in residential and commercial unit turnover renovations across multiple regions. As we grow, our success depends on attracting great people before we need them. We're looking for someone who will build a continuous pipeline of talented Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, tradespeople, and office staff.

This isn't a traditional HR role. It's an opportunity to build a recruiting system that helps drive the company's growth.

What You'll Do

* Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
* Proactively recruit Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, tradespeople, and other key team members through job boards, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, trade associations, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates so we're always prepared for future hiring needs.
* Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations to leadership.
* Develop and improve our onboarding process so new team members become productive quickly.
* Maintain employee records, employment agreements, and recruiting documentation.
* Support payroll administration and advantages coordination.




* Assist with employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.
* Ensure compliance with Ontario Employment Standards (ESA) and applicable employment legislation.
* Help build scalable recruiting and people processes as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively finding great candidates.
* Self-starter who enjoys building systems and improving processes.
* Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or a related field.
* Experience recruiting within construction, trades, property services, or operations is an asset.
* Familiarity with Ontario Employment Standards (ESA) is an asset, or a willingness to learn.
* CHRP designation or HR education is a bonus, but not required.

Full-time, permanent, salaried position (compensation based on experience).

Location: In-person, Toronto.
